Spring 2008 Ballet Recital

This year both Madison and Katelyn danced in their ballet studios Spring Recital at Eastlake High School.

Madison danced to the "Beautiful waltz" song.

Madison is on the far right (back row). This was her 6th ballet recital--hard to believe!



Katelyn danced to the "Little Mermaid" song.

Katelyn is in the center of the stage. This was her 3rd ballet recital and last for a while (maybe forever).

It's always so special to watch our little ballerinas dance on stage so confidently. It is the highlight of their year to show off all they learned on stage. It brings me tears of joy every time. We are so proud of them both! It was a bit sad for me this year because Katelyn has decided she is going to pursue gymnastics instead of ballet. That hit me when I was helping her get all ready for her recital and doing her last ballet bun. We are excited though to see what new skills and strengths she learns at gymnastics. We wish Katelyn the best!
